How does the Aimovig® Copay Card work?

Take your Aimovig® Copay Card enrollment confirmation notice (the enrollment approval page that contains your individually assigned card details) to your pharmacy along with a valid Aimovig® prescription. With the Aimovig® Copay Card, eligible commercially insured patients may pay as little as $5 per month for Aimovig®, up to program maximums. Can I sign up for the Aimovig® Copay Card if I have no insurance or if I have Medicare Part D?

No, only patients with commercial insurance are eligible for the card. For further coverage assistance, the AimAlly Support Team can help you with information on other access and financial resources. If you have government insurance (i.e., Medicare Part A or Medicare Part B), but are using a commercial insurance plan to cover your Aimovig® prescription, you may still be eligible for the Aimovig® Copay Card. Please call the AimAlly Support Team at 833-AIMOVIG (833-246-6844), Monday – Friday, 8 am – 9 pm ET.

My health plan charges a co-insurance instead of a copay. Will the Aimovig® Copay Card still help with my co-insurance costs?

Yes, the Aimovig® Copay Card can help you lower co-insurance costs, deductibles, and/or copayments, subject to program maximums. Please see the full Terms and Conditions for more information.

I already paid my copay in full. Can I get reimbursed?

You may be eligible for reimbursement. Reimbursement requests for the copay offer can be faxed to 908-809-6228 or mailed to Aimovig® Copay Card c/o ConnectiveRx, PO Box 2205, Morristown, NJ 07962. Please include your receipt(s) and insurance information.

When I got my prescription filled, I was told I need to have a prior authorization.

Your healthcare provider will be contacted to submit a prior authorization if necessary.

How do I know if my healthcare provider has completed the prior authorization?

Your health plan typically notifies you of an approval or denial. Your healthcare provider should also receive a copy of this decision. You can reach out to your health plan to obtain information regarding the status of your prior authorization.

What happens after I enroll and receive my Aimovig® Copay Card?

You will receive an email with your Aimovig® Copay Card. Don't see it in your inbox? Check your spam folder. Reach out to us if you're still having trouble finding it.
Take your Aimovig® Copay Card, your insurance card, and your prescription to your local pharmacy.
Your pharmacist will call your insurance company about your Aimovig® coverage.
If your Aimovig® is approved by your insurance company, you can get Aimovig® for as little as a $5 copay each month, up to program maximums.
